cramping on the left side for ovulation and now for like the last 30 minutes on and off I'm having the twinging kind of pains on the left side(lower than ovulation pains) 8dpo

I've been having a little pain and sore feeling in my left leg all week long. What could it be? For the most part the pain is on the top left side of my upper thigh and stops before my knee.

I have a stabbing pain, on my left side and I ovulate tomorrow...could that be why? it's never done this before🙄🙄
