Hey Hope everyone is doing well...I have a question for you mommy's out there that tore while giving birth I got a 4 degree tear and I can not figure out a good way to keep ice on it and be comfortable...also I have tried frozen sponges it just doesn't work please anyone been through this and figured it out I am so swollen and can't keep ice on it. thanks so much in advance!!
They showed me to open up a newborn diaper from the inside put ice and put it on my undies after I cleaned it and lay down omg it was such a relief I can't explain lol and at helped keep swelling and pain down healed quick
I put some ice in a washcloth and dampened the rag a bit crush the ice if u can
I didn't even think of doing a pad awesome thank you will try that and see how that works. Thank you!!! yes very awful and painful..
I would dampen pads and freeze them. Or you can fill a glove with ice and sit on it. 4th degree tears are awful, I hope you get healed quickly.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...

This is how I get talked to.
Always. this is so wrong. I need to hurry up and figure things out.
So I thought my water broke... i was about to freak out... Im still sitting on the toilet trying to figure out if it was pee..
what do I want for Christmas?
So everyone keeps asking and i have NO IDEA.
