oh i know, my whole right butt cheek went numb the other day!!! & rest, and stretching! you should look up some at home remedies!!

it hurts bad where I couldn't even walk at first now I'm limping

I have a bad hip as it is but my doctor told me my pelvic bone separated which is causing pain

it's more in my hip that hurts I hope this calms down by Monday have work that requires lifting
