yes, women w/PCOS can conceive natually..May take a little longer then others,  but it happens!

I have PCOS and just had my levels checked and my gyn said I shouldn't have any issues getting pregnant! sending baby dust!

I have all three of my kids. it took longer between my oldest and second but it can happen. track everything like a hawk
