it's called leukorrhea and it's completely normal during pregnancy. it's meant to prevent bacteria from entering the cervix and thus harming the baby. some woman have a lot some not so much but most woman do have it. it's thin white milky and mild smelling. the only thing that should ever worry you is like what @tayek said, anything brown bloody foul smelling and chunky. chunkiness could be a symptom of a yeast infection. foul smelling could be a sign of a bacterial infection. and blood could be a signal of a miscarriage. Hmmm...shouldn't have an odor. Some women have a lot, some have a little. As long as it's not brown, bloody, or foul smelling, you should be fine.
