so i have 3 weeks left until my princess gets here!!! we're trying to get him used to the fact that i will be bringing his sister home. he is not feeling it lol i need suggestions on how i can get a 3 year old used to the idea of having a sibling?? i know its going to be kind of difficult at first lol

I got a baby doll and carried it around for the last 2 week's, I would make my son wait longer when he wanted a sippy or was demanding my full attention. I'd pretend to finish feeding and burping the doll then put it down in my daughters bouncy. Then I would help him. I have 3 both the other children and you just adjust as soon as you bring the new baby home. so don't stress, it will be fine.
Your son is still little to understand ...my advise is talk to him when she gets there let him interact with her be close to her it won't be long until he gets used to his little sister's and loves her...the big change for him is that now he has to share his mom so he will get jelous just spend time with him to every time you get a chance :-)
yeah i try to tell him. he knows he has a sister coming but when we try to get him used to the fact of his sister coming he isn't feeling it lol
I have a 3yr old son and he is expecting baby sister to come home in 1 1/2 months and he is excited, he keeps asking me when is baby sister going to be here.
I'm not sure how you would but I'm kinda in the same fix but with a soon to be 2 year old daughter she is getting a baby brother in less then 2 months
