Is this a lip tie?

for my daughter it doesn't and I've been breast feeding for almost 8 months now and no it's not bad my daughters doctor said no need to cut it kids with it usually when they start running around and fall it will unatach by it's self

Is that bad? I'm a first time mom. Will it interfere with BF @mrs.cravens

it's a upper labial frenulum my daughter has the same thing
