haven't looked no and my next appt is Feb 10 to find out the sex so I think I'm going to talk to her and I'll look for some ideas to

protein? as long as you and baby are healthy then I wouldn't worry too much. just talk to your ob and make sure they aren't worried about it. They can refer you to a nutritionist to help too
