I absolutely cannot stand when people try to tell me the way I plan to raise my child won't work. Excuse me but just because something worked for you doesn't mean that it will work for me. I plan to fully breastfeed my child and I don't want him to use a pacifier. That's just what I want. I never had a pacifier and I strictly breastfed as a baby and I am fine.
Exactly, just know that breastfeeding IS BY FAR super tough not easy at all. but if you stick to it you can do it!
that's just the risks u take with breast feeding @shelbybolden
Of course this is my opinion and my daughter is 3 months STRICTLY breastfed. First let me say BREASTFEEDING IS NOT EASY I was 100% dedicated and husband supported it but I had an open mind as well because though you have things thought out with babies ANYTHING can happen, allergic, acid reflux, just anything. and Secondly the biggest part and I am trying to break the habbit now, but my daughter REFUSES pacis, amazing right? Yes but then not at all, she uses ME as a paci which is VERY BAD. Trying to put her down, lay her down she wakes immediately after I take her off. but again this is just suggestions and my opinion. but yes, don't let them get to you only YOU know what's best for your baby! @amorasmom @tayek @abelsmom @momma.ware @mommy_first
your Welcome! u are already a great mom don't let know one tell u how u you should do things
Thank you so much, your words really do make me feel so much better @mommy_first
That how it was with my first daughter she never had a pacifier and i plan on doing the same thing with my son if they don't see it they wont even know what it is you got this mama
yea I agree with @tayek 100% screw what they think your the mom not them
@amorasmom, @tayek I am so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!
@momma.ware, if they aren't feeding or financing him they have NO say. I'm a big fan of EBF and no pacifiers. I raised my daughter that way and my son will be the same. =)
screw what they think I'm strictly breastfeeding and my baby will not have a pacifier I was also breastfed with no pacifier and I turned out perfectly fine
My boyfriends mother and my dad and grandmother (and other people) seem to have problems with what I plan to do. Which makes no sense because I am his mother. Not them. @abelsmom @tayek @amorasmom
That's what I'm planning on doing. Strictly breastfeeding and no pacifier
There's nothing wrong with that!
OMG yes i thought I was the only one that felt like that
I really thought I was getting a baby shower and like no one has even thought about giving me one. This is my first baby i mean no one has to do anything for me I just at least thought they had plans for me and they don’t. They gave my uncle one because his wife didn’t want one because she already had a kid.And everyone got a baby shower and was giving one .But I guess it’s okay. I’ll do my own baby shower with my next child I just thought family planned a baby shower for you . Lol guess I thoug...
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Who agrees ?
Are you sure this is my child and do you love me = I don't trust you I don't want this child and you don't love me
Who believe in or will be giving their child a pacifier? I always grew up with my parents never giving me n my siblings a pacifier so I don't think it's necessary for my child but my hubby says our child will have one !!! Ugh I just don't want it to be hard for her to let it go as she grows as I seen couple toddlers still sucking on it n has affected their teeth 😩😤
@amorasmom,
