We are a food first program-- no magic pill- but we supplement to fill in the gaps. 23 year old company-- so it's nothing new-- and everything is third party tested. I lost 12 lbs in 24 days after 2 kiddos and my energy was just amazing. Went on to loose another 8lbs and 6 inches after that and was able to keep it off. Now-- pregnant with my 3rd, I'm healthy this pregnancy, and still able to work from home helping others meet their goals.
I gained a little weight back, but I also picked my smoking habit back up too. I'm thinking that's why I gained. I didn't gain more than 10 pounds though.
I have! When I first started taking it, it gave me small headaches. It made me drink more water which made the headaches go away. I wasn't as hungry and it helped me eat smaller, more meals a day instead of 3 big ones. After about two months I noticed the weight disappearing. I lost 15 pounds and didn't realize it until my jeans slid on with ease one day!
