@ashsmith91, is right. I had those in the beginning and they were kinda painful. I still have them sometimes but not as much. Don't worry about it though unless you see blood in your underwear
I'm 6 weeks and have same problem I use heating pad wrapped up in towls over a blanket & my clothes but on low it has helped me a lot the sharp stabbing pains is what scares the crap outta me !

yeah but at 7 weeks your uterus isnt expanding you baby is so tiny it doesnt have to yet. you should be ok though unless u start bleeding
