ugh. I woke up with my entire shirt soaked with milk, rock hard boobs, and I pumped and only got 1 ounce. I was so disappointed I was pumping 2 or more ounces at a time

Make sure you have a good pump! That was my problem. I pumped an ounce and then I got a great pump and pumped 10ozs or more at a time.
take an hot bath or shower..that always helped me...I lived in there
Used the electric pump for 20 minutes and for maybe an ounce out....Attached the haaka right after and got 3.5 ounces....I don’t respond to an electric pump st all!

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
so I finally was able to pump about two ounces while baby was nursing. .gave her two ounces then she nursed for about 20min and she was still hungry wth? ?lol for those mom's who pump ...how many ounces does your little one eat ??
