it's up to 25 lbs .. my daughter is 2 and a half months. it's fine as long as baby can hold head up but not good for babies who can climb out or walk.

I got a monkey one just like this at burlington! I love this seat it is awesome!

I got it from Amazon for a little over $30 but I think you can get from Target/Walmart. My daughter sits more comfortable in this than the mamas and papas floor chair.
