have you always been a heavy sleeper? I'd start with taking naps during the day so you're not so exhausted at night. when you do wake up with your daughter see what time it is...if its consistent every night set some alarms.

thats the thing ive always been a light sleeper but anemia has affected that. every time i get sick for a long time after i sleep so heavily

hmm. that's a hard one lol I'd try and get as much rest as you can during the day. If it continues I'd talk to a doctor and see if they could help you out

you can set an alarm . Would you wake up to that . Does she sleep in the bouncy chair always ?

Trust me you will get use to it I was a heavy sleeper(still am) when my son cry I jump up right away
