Is any one on here taking citanatal dha 90 am I suppose to take both the white pill and caramel colored capsule a day or a capsule one day and the white pill the next

my understanding of the directions was you take both every day. the dha is the Carmel pill and the regular vitamins are in the white pill.

Ok this how my prenatal pills are but it's two in the box one is a dha pill and the other is the prenatal do I take both at one time
I had to go buy more of my Prenatal vitamins, cause I was running out of my another ones almost. I love taking those they are so yummy, better then taking the pill ones. 😃😗❤️❤️👌🏼
is there any prenatal pills that i can take that are not pills? im a horrible pill taker :( this is day two and i already almost vomited them out :/
Passed my one hour glucose but then they dropped the bomb that I'm anemic and need to take iron pills three times a day. Ugh.
