should I have a bed time for my 7month old or wait till he's oder???

I always have him have a nap at 12 or 1 then he won't sleep anymore till its his bed time witch is at 11:30 but then he wakes up at like 2 or 3,and don't wanna go back to sleeo

mine doesnt, he goes to bed when he's tired. but he is always asleep by a certain time if that makes sense. do what works for you

@samantha524, do a bed time! As soon as u can. Kids do better on a routine. Including wkends.
