Blood test says 13 weeks, ultrasound says 12 weeks 4 days — which do I go by?
I'm so confused. For my blood test results I received it said January 20th that I was 13 weeks 0 days that day but that same day I also had a ultrasound before my blood being drawn and it says 12 weeks 4 days. I'm confused!! Am I 12 weeks 6 days or 13 weeks and 2 days. 😒

they will probably go on the 13 weeks to be honest the difference isn't significant enough to change your due day from your last mental cycle.

I went through the same thing during my pregnancy. First they said everything was normal, then they said he was too small & they wanted to change my due date later than what it was..my son ended up being born 3 weeks early....so I don't think they really knew. I think they go by the size of the baby. Plus the baby will come whenever it decides to anyway.

@gabbyflynn6, exactly they keep saying that everything is perfectly healthy that the baby looks good but I need to know which to go by you know? I'll be calling my doctor to ask.

@lexirosex3, if the first ultrasound put you at 8 weeks go off that ultrasound for the due date.. that's what my doctor said.. u less it's more then a week off of what they are currently telling you.. like my initial due date was of course my last menstrual cycle at April 1st the 1st ultrasound put it at April 10th so it got changed to April 10th..
