I think only later in the pregnancy for one it can drop your supply and two breast feeding makes the uterus contact so that can cause early labor

It possibly could. Have you gotten your period back yet? If so then it shouldn't really make it too hard, if not then it really just depends. My sister got pregnant with her second child while breastfeeding and before she got her period back.
