just make sure it's a softener not a laxative and if you take it every three days and it's still difficult then do every other day till it is easier...

try taking a stool softener every 3 days that will help just make it easier it won't make you go more it will just make it easier...pregnancy causes constipation in many women and if your straining you can cause hemriods...not that you want to hear that but I hope it helps because as you get farther along it can cause more issues

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

If on the weekend ur unborn child's father get his son from his bm and barely answers his phone and don't text....what would u think? Do u think he's spending time with the bm as well or he just wants to spend time with His son without being bothered?
