I think I shouldn't of did co-sleeping... my daughter will not sleep unless she's on my chest or right next to me in bed, I'll get her to sleep on my chest and try to put her in her own bed but she just wakes right up and screams, been doing cosleeping since she was born and she's only a month old, gotta long road ahead of me, oy.

you can try slowly weaning her off of it. like a bassinet beside your bed and place you hand on her and slowly move it across the room. sooner or later in her own room, might have to still keep your hand with her and then at some point she'll be ok all on her own

try to swaddle her... My son is the same way but he screams when getting put to sleep... I swaddled him and it's been easier for the both of us. good luck momma

@holden-momma82715, I agree with you. Swaddling was tough for me but with much practice my son will sleep in his bassinet/ crib now for a few hours at night. Good luck momma. 😊
