this is a tooth right? its hard and his gums look swollen to me he has been kinda cranky.
( yes i know there is a hair on his tongue dont worry i got it lol) the first pic was a couple days ago and the bottom is today.

May not be a tooth, it looks like milk pearls. How old is baby?

Looks like it may be a syst my daughter had one when she was 3 months they go away on their own
