Having pains that comes and goes at the top of my stomach , what's that ?

I'm having the same. I heard it's the uterus moving up. never felt it with my son

Oh wow smh this pain is no joke , sometimes wen I lay back it hurts even worser so I'll just have to sit up

I can't get comfortable eather. I try to lay on my side and it does help a tad
