I did some research on this a couple days ago and this is what I found on a website : The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs.
@momma_2_batbaby, i just turned 24 weeks today. my due date may 13, how will she let me know ? how long until i see her like kick from the outside of my belly?

I dont think that would make much a difference I think the legs being bend at knees and putting a pillow between your legs is more for comfort.

she'll kick you to let you know to move. I don't see movement from outside yet.
