yes it's okay to pump after 1 month. u should hand express if u feel too full instead of pumping.

@snb1121, I'm starting to learn that in the 1st month you shouldn't because your body will start producing way Too much milk than what is really needed. But I felt really full and when I do I take a hot shower massage them out and there will still be milk so I'm pumping that. I don't want to let it go to waste lol

@suddymaya, they felt really full after feeding her but I'm doing my research now and seeing I shouldn't do that 😩 this is all new to me. It's confusing
