i know this is kind of out there, but can you feel early symptoms up to 3 days after possible conception? I'm very new to this and I woke up tonight from a weird dream and I can't fall back asleep and I felt some cramping. my back kinda hurts and I've peed like 3 times now. Can someone just give me a little advice?

I conceived on Dec 13 (a few days after sex) and I immediately felt symptoms. My nipples got sore and I bloated immediately. Light cramping and peeing frequently ARE symptoms, but I would wait until your next expected period is near to take a test. Good luck!
It takes up to a week for an egg to implant.

I don't think so! @marissa128 it's takes I think up three days for the sperm swim up to an egg and even start the process
