feeling a lot of pressure down in my pelvis and a lot more than what I'm used to. he's very low and I'm already 1cm dialated at 36 weeks. I've been suffering for 3 days with excruciating hemroids and I'm having come and go pain in my back. should I get checked out?

I just feel like it's getting worse and more painful like there's too much weight. he's measuring at 7lbs 5oz and 39 weeks gestation. I've been worried all night and these hemroids are making it so much worse.
