I had back labor for 3 days with my second an I never knew I was in labor as it wasn't painful it was just uncomfortable an felt like I needed to stretch. then I woke up trying to poop an felt constapated an well later that night relized it was labor haha. never felt tummy contractions till I was 5 cm an baby turned from sunny side up into position. good luck
