is it really unsafe to lay on your back during pregnancy? that's the only way I can lay at night and be comfortable.
Where do you even get pregnancy pillows from? I live in the middle of no where. Can't find them!
yes it will make all the difference you won't even think about how your sleeping you will just enjoy it lol
@mazeyy09, yes I told my husband i wanted to get one I have sciatic nerve trouble so I figure I'll have a rough time sleeping on my side but for now I'm just going with it
@tmcdowell, I figure the bigger I get I'm going to be a side sleeper. I have a hard time sleeping anyways.
I get tired of it because it wears on my hips I almost never sleep on my side because of it but I have to invest in a pregnancy pillow that makes sleeping to much easier
With my two healthy pregnancies I laid on my back & belly first two trimesters and my left side my third. With my 2nd trimester death I laid on my right side only. I can't really say what will do good for your baby or you but I'd say laying on your back will do no harm.
@mazeyy09, laying on my side was my favorite way to lay when I was pregnant with my daughter.
yea I text mine whenever I have questions lol but I'm almost 6 months I still lay on my belly until he decides to kick me now I do this side belly lay thing that works really well @mrshayslip14
@brinleysmommy, I'm trying to break myself of laying on my belly until the baby comes. so my back has been second comfortable
@mazeyy09, thank you! I'm only 10 weeks so I'm not too far along yet. I seen a post in here the other night I was trying to find it but couldn't. my midwife hadn't mentioned to me but I always like to ask.
Okay thank goodness. when I get a belly it will be my right side that's how it was with my daughter. I can't sleep unless I lay on my back. it hurts my back but at least I can sleep. thank you :) @brinleysmommy there is so much about pregnancy I don't remember. of course it has been 7 years
my midwife said I can lay whatever is comfortable I always end up on my back and my baby is perfectly healthy
@tmcdowell, you can order it on online or the motherhood maternity store sells them.
