Does anyone take Benadryl? If so, how many and why? For sinuses, nausea or can't sleep? Please let…

I only use vicks vapor rub for my stuffy nose... i try my hardest to stay away from the other stuff even though they say that some things are ok to take.

I took them for stuffy nose and sleep 50mg

That's how much I take for sinuses and lack of sleep. I'm just worried. No reason to be though. My baby moves quite a bit.

i take two a day one in the am and one in the pm for my sinuses and i still got a darn sinus infection that has made me sick as can be

Ok..I feel better. I did quite a bit of research and just started taking them like a week ago. Not early in my pregnancy.

I take children's benadryl for sleep and man that stuff knocks me out why does children medicine seem so strong???

I do for sinuses and sleep. If I don't, that next morning is hell on wheels!
