and my sister had us do the string.... where you guess how big the belly is without measuring. whoever comes closest wins.

or we put mashed up foods into diapers and I think (can't remember) but I think we had to sniff and guess what food it was...

at my baby shower with my first we had people feed others while blind folded... to simulate feeding a baby... it got messy but it was fun!
