should definitely help, I've had the worst acid reflux ever my whole pregnancy to the point I'd throw up everything. I started drinking a glass of water after my meal an avoid laying down right after a meal wait about 15 min then lay down on your left Side. continue to drink water when u thirsty an take tums.. @aidens.mommy18 ohh & very welcome
just drink water, take tums, an lay on your left side not your right..
it says don't take more than 6 tums a day but girl take 10 if you want. they won't hurt you, my Dr even said it's OK..
lol sorry yea if you look it up itll tell you milk causes more acid milk is good for upset stomache but not if you have acid reflux smh ...sit up for a while trust i k ow your pain i constantly threw up every day that burning feeling is no joke i just got releif
I drink ALOT of water every day because I be sooooo thirsty , so I know that's not gonna work for me .. But I'm going to try milk for sure .. Thanks ! @lexiiroyal
Drink plenty of water to even out the PH in your stomach, also milk helps. You can have tums. If it persists or gets worse, tell your dr. He may can prescribe you something stronger than tums. I have it daily, before my pregnancy and worse since I became pregnant...I just deal with it but then again I'm sort of used to it after 6 years
