just drink water, take tums, an lay on your left side not your right..
it says don't take more than 6 tums a day but girl take 10 if you want. they won't hurt you, my Dr even said it's OK..
lol sorry yea if you look it up itll tell you milk causes more acid milk is good for upset stomache but not if you have acid reflux smh ...sit up for a while trust i k ow your pain i constantly threw up every day that burning feeling is no joke i just got releif

You're welcome. Make sure to stay away from spicy or fried food, carbonated drinks, acidic drinks like orange juice, etc.
I drink ALOT of water every day because I be sooooo thirsty , so I know that's not gonna work for me .. But I'm going to try milk for sure .. Thanks ! @lexiiroyal
Drink plenty of water to even out the PH in your stomach, also milk helps. You can have tums. If it persists or gets worse, tell your dr. He may can prescribe you something stronger than tums. I have it daily, before my pregnancy and worse since I became pregnant...I just deal with it but then again I'm sort of used to it after 6 years
probably stomach acid or bile juice if its yellow or greenish. I throw up in the mornings when i wake up with an empty stomach

acid reflux. bile comes from the gallbladder and liver, so it's not bile, due to a sphincter that closes... just stomach acid.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I started drinking a glass of water after my meal an avoid laying down right after a meal wait about 15 min then lay down on your left Side. continue to drink water when u thirsty an take tums.. @aidens.mommy18 ohh & very welcome
