When it's blended put the chile in a strainer and just keep the liquid that comes out of the bottom add garlic salt and pepper to taste and heat it up grate cheese of your choice and with oil fry corn tortilla until soft and then put in sauce add cheese and repeat

Well if you have the dry chile then you need to hydrate it so put it in boiling water when it's soft remove the water and put in a blender with new water and blend
