has anyone else got the injections to mature baby lungs?

the P-17 shots are a hormone that helps prevent preterm labor. I started them at 17 weeks and Ill be done with them when I'm 36 weeks and 6 days.

I got the lung developing shots and it hurts for a little while. Not the shot itself but the medicine. . It stings. What is the P-17 shot tho?
