currently watching the nightwatch marathon on a&e. and I burst out in tears over a showing of a little girl having a really bad anxiety attack. she looks like.. 8 years old, and I remember back when I first learned I had severe anxiety...i was 6 years old and I was the same and had no clue what the hell was going on with my body and it scared me Shitless...

god I hope my son doesn't get mine or my boyfriend's anxiety issues. I never wanna see a child go through the effects of it!
