What is the best product to help with severe constipation when u are pregnant?

your doctor can prescribe a certain laxative but I don't take mine he prescribed me to take with iron cause I heard you aren't really supposed to take those pregnant.
Enemas wouldn't work for me. It was like rocks all inside and wouldn't move. So much pain. I finally found the constipation cocktail (1/3 cup prune juice 1/3 cup pineapple juice 1/3 cup apple juice mix and warm up). Worked like a charm until I found out I had GB and could only drink water cuz of the sugars in the juice. Praying the next time will be better!
Thank you so much! I was on Colace last pregnancy. And was still in so much pain. Didn't work well for me. I drink water all day. Exercise? Well I chase my toddler around. Lol. Might try Benefiber! Trying to prepare now for when I start trying in the fall. Thanks so much ladies!!! 😍
Yes Benefiber helped me sooooo much also an enema helped
eat fiber! and drink TONS of water!! and try to get your heart rate up with a little exercise. gets your juices flowing lmao
