does anyone suffer with SPD?. I'm not sure if I got it but my pelvis and lower back is in so much from the moment I wake up :/. I'm screaming every morning when getting up. I struggle to take my two toddlers to preschool everyday. I never had this sort of pain with my other two and they was big babys. what do midwife's do if u have got it?

I had it with my son and it's started again early this time round.. I ended up having codeine the last few weeks which took the edge off and allowed me to be able to get to sleep.. Just before I ended up in labour I used to sit on the floor crying whilst hoovering and I had to sit on a chair to do dishes or cook.. I couldn't sit comfortably.. I couldn't walk in the end either.. I found the codeine, a hot bath and having our electric blanket on helped get me off to sleep.. And a pillow under my bump to support it.. It won't go though until you give birth but there are things you can do that can help reduce the pain xx
It really is a horrific pain, they don't seem to do anything about it though xx
ah that sucks. its horrible feels like my pelvis is gunna give in. this pregnancy has been so lush intil I hit 30 weeks xx
Ive had it all the way through, apart from delivering baby you can't do anything to cure it:(( x
Physio but doesn't really help even physio tell u it doesn't lol xx

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My water broke this morning around 3 something. I got up to pee two different times and it started running down my leg. How long until I go into labor?
yes I have it, it's started so early this time so at my next appointment I'll get the midwife to refer me to a physiotherapist. With my last daughter I had physio and it got so bad for me in the end I walked with crutches and wore a bump and pelvis support belt which helped carry some of the weight for the baby but it was agony. The good news is mine went as soon as I gave birth although I still have the problems with my spine, apart from that they don't do much, there's also not much you can take for it so I don't bother take anything, I try some of the exercises that they gave to me, and I use a hot water bottle on my back to help but that's it xx
