For the last two days ive been having contractions that feel nothing like b/h. There no were near close to time and im having no bleeding or leaking, but there very painful. Im 30.3 weeks should i be concerned or bring this up to my doc?

I've been having BH contractions since I was like 20 weeks. they are just preparing your body for labor

bh can be painful.. my suggestion is rest and drink more water. if they are concerning to you call your doctor it may make you feel better anyway
