@Hun emomma2, they are fine to eat. Most of the time doctors say don't eat them because the chances of them being not cooked all the way just like lunch meat, the way it's prepared can carry Bactria but I've ate both through my whole pregnancy (38 weeks 4 days) and my baby is perfectly fine 😊
Ugh I had some and my stomach felt so tight afterwards it was so uncomfortable next thing you know I'm in the restroom so sick, I miss eating it but to scared to feel like that again 😭

My doctor told me we can't eat hot dogs when pregnant. Because of the nitrates in it.
