I got my first 'real job' after graduating college & found out I was pregnant about one week in... I love my job & they are so flexible & understanding with me being prego.. I'm just worried about having to put my baby in daycare when it's time to return.. But I really don't want to give up this job I've worked so hard for. Plus financially that isn't much of an option anyway. Any advice is much appreciated 💕

@littlemissrainesmommy, I found one that I love ! I've toured it and met the ladies who would be taking care of her. I've also spoke with some moms who has had kids that went to this one & they love it. There's a couple others I'm going to look at too.

girl, I work in a daycare and the best advice I can give you is take a LOT of time to research each one... and also make sure you go and do like a walk through and make sure you meet the teachers..

Sounds similar to my office. I've asked them to be completely up front with me and let me know if it becomes an issue. I think it helps me that I'm the only one without kids and my main boss has 4 ages 2-8.

@tara.k, I can do a little from home. They've offered to let me bring her here, I'm just worried that would be super stressful on everyone. Our offices are all really close together, so when she cries it's going to bother everyone here.. Plus I'm the only female that works here so I'm afraid it might be a lil awkward too lol.

@abwheeler7, this is how I see of for myself.. I'll be starting school in spring but we also want to get pregnant before May so I'm thinking it's ok to be behind when you have children / expecting . Like in your case , your set all ready with a job and after u take your mothers leave , most jobs understand the mommy factor and you might be able to take up to a year⭐️consider explaining this to your boss. . Life is all about changes and when they come we can embrace them as is

My job is letting me transition back into the office by doing work from home and they'll even let me bring my little one with me when I need to come into the office. Any chance your job will allow that? At least the doing some work from home?

@junebaby2016, I've thought about that. I really don't want to return to full time immediately anyway.. I wish I could stay at home at least for her first year.

@kyrensmommy, no family members live close enough :( all my friends have full time jobs & can't during the hours I would need them.

there's a lot of teens or college students who babysit for extra money

Pay a family member or close friend to watch him or consider getting a nanny
