Again its been 2 or three days sense my babys pooped hes just kinda started doing this... Mot sure…

It is entirely normal for EBF babies to not poop for up to a week since breast milk can be entirely used up and broke down by the babies body. As long as baby is having plenty of wet diapers, nothing to worry about! :)

My lo wouldn't poop for 5 days at a time sometimes. It could be because you have eating something that doesn't agree with his tummy but I drank apple juice and it seemed to really help.

@ilyric, ok thank you ya he did this last week didnt poop for like 3 or 4 days then he had a couple huge blow outs an now it seems like its happening again so didnt no if it was bad cuz now its like hes not pooping for another few days @jamiez kk ill try some apple juice the nurse told me to give him some prune juice the first time this all happend but i never got a chance to an he ended up going on his own so

@kmrie, how old is your little one? I honestly wouldn't give juice. Breast fed babies have scheduled poops as long as they are still having plenty of wets, it's no concern until they act like their tummy hurts.

@ilyric, just over 4 months old an ya i didnt wanna give any juice so i just massaged his tummy alot gave warm baths hoping it would help an pumped his legs an what not an after awhile he finally went he has alot of wet diapers a day an there really full to so think were good in that department lol

Well I didn't mean give him juice because it is a little early but give him warm filtered water( You would drink the juice and it would go through your breast milk). That is what my ped recommended for my baby because he would have a

hard poop.

@jamiez, a hard poop? Wow my baby hasnt had a hard poop... But he did just have a huge blow out earlier so im happy about that! Lol @ilyric
