Chocolate is a good stress relief :) Releases endorphins etc :) :) Going for a nice walk too :) x

Yeah I did hear, I didn't drink in my first pregnancy so for that I don't no if by having a glass now on my second pregnancy of completely regret it lol. Theirs only so much cleaning I can do and it's the only thing that helps when I'm stressed! not fair lol 😔 x
