Hello! So I'm new to this app, so please forgive my lack of mommy slang. Fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for nearly 6 months to date. I used the depo-provera bc prior, which is why I believe it's been so difficult. My last injection was in May 2015, I got my first normal menstrual cycle November 30, 2015 this lasted a week. However 8 days later I received excessive bleeding that lasted until the day after Xmas, it came with no cramping like my period. Ultrasounds show that everything is normal, and my levels are great. Between these periods of time I have had several symptoms of pregnancy but all test have come back negative. I'm waiting for my next cycle to come I've had cramping but no blood I'm hoping for the best, but has anyone else experienced a similar situation, if so how long did it take to conceive and what were your first symptoms?

Wow, that's a long time @huntleymama I'm glad you eventually got that bfp. What we're your first symtoms? I was on depo for less than a year so I'm hoping my body will regulate faster.
@makaylanichole, I was on deposit for 4 years. I went through two m/c and it took me 4.5 years to get my bfp.
gas, headaches, and I broke out like a 14 year old!! I got my bfp 5 days before AF was late! think it was like 9dpo
@octaviasmommy, it's folic acid, I was told by a coworker there's another type I could take. I've been taking them for a month so that's very good news! @nebanks1226 thank you! that's what I'm trying to do. I work in a baby store so I'm reminded everyday, but I don't let it get to me anymore.
FA? I'm not sure what that is but prenatals really regulate things and get u pregnant fast lol like within a month-3months fast lol
I was on the depo shot. I got my last shot September 2014. and I got pregnant November 2015. keep your head up and stop trying! I tried for months and the month I stopped trying I got pregnant. enjoy the process don't stress over it
hello my last shot was in august. I haven't had a full on period yet just spotting. It's very frustrating.
