after your first trimester. if you do it yourself go into a well ventilated area doing it. if you go to a salon see if the stylist is comfortable doing it, I know some are weird on it and some are fine with it, but try to avoid bleaching your hair.

Yeah I went and got my hair done and was fine, besides most dyes are ammonia free now the only one I would avoid is bleaching your hair
