When should I start planning a baby shower

I've always heard later in the 7th month, early 8th. it all depends though - if you wait too long you may be too tired. too early and some may worry they don't look "pregnant enough."

I've already started planning at 12 weeks only because I don't want to wait until the last minute. but my shower won't be until two months before my due date
