I hated that drink. I had to do it twice bc the 1hr was 4 points off

which would explain why coffee made me sick lol

@justinjrsmommy, ya well all that sugar on an empty tummy is never good anyway

same here. seemed like not eating before made it worse.

I know it's terrible I'm gonna have to drink lots of water before I have a meal to I don't want to get sick

@mimiz, ya maybe sure you eat an drink when you can but becareful cuz now you got all that sugar in you too

Lord I feel terrible I just had my first dose I got nausea right away and I'm currently feeling like my head is going to explode and never mind what my daughter is up to poor thing

I couldn't do this test because I had a weight loss surgery and have a stomach the size of an egg so it fills up too quick and I got sick.... So they made me take home the blood sugar machines diabetics use and I had to prick my finger 4 times a day for a week just so they could tell me what I already knew... My blood sugar is perfectly fine

my ob never made me do it

I tried to tell my doctor I wasn't doing this. and I was literally told that I have to. lol I was so pissed. it's like telling me what to do with MY child that I AM carrying. so I've decided that I'm not doing it, and I'm switching OB'S and hospital completely.

We have the right to refuse any procedures we don't want. The doctors and nurses don't tell us that though and the patient must take responsibility of what might happen if they decline certain procedures but the patient have a lot of control of what happens to them.

I pasted the test when i was pregnant but all that sugar almost made me pass out! @justinjrsmommy yup thats the drink you drink for it @jermerica no i think there just saying i guess you can refuse the drink maybe you can take something or eat something else an still take the sugar test not sure how it works just seen this picture on fb...

I never took that and my son is perfect just saying
