Hiya, I recently tried chewable gaviscon in both the peppermint and strawberry flavours...both made me heave. I tried brushing my teeth immediately afterwards and that kinda helped a bit. I'd rather brave the liquid though 😷

I might stick with drinking some milk

I had this trouble for many years and I used to drink this kind of pills, but then I found an amazing mineral water Donat+. You can google it and maybe find something similar in your area. This is way healthier and very effective. There are instructions how to take it though.
