ftm question .
when i lay down i get pain in my lower back , between my hip bones & the inside part of my thights . when i try to move around its really hard & as soon as i start trying to get up i get pain on my vagina & when i get up it takes a while for the pain to go away . im 34 weeks pregnant .. what is causing this pain ? & what can help it ?

Well ive had that same pain since I was around 32 weeks, and it doesn't necessarily mean baby is coming early, but as the baby drops lower it gets worse believe me. Lol I'm 38 weeks now and even yesterday she was surprised at how low he was, and my cervix is still closed.
omg i remember that pain !! i would get it when i would workout too hard but i hear its common in pregnancies too! its yuur "hip flexor" look on youtube or even on the IG tags #hipflexer (not sure flexor or flexer lol) & stretch it helps alot trust me !! :) hope this is helpful

@elisagee, your not hurting cause your baby is coming sooner it's a wonderful process. every pregnancy is different some can tolerate pain some don't I know I've been through what you been through and it sucks it comes and goes. but it will go away promise
I have the same pain but I have placenta previa and my baby is low. I'm 26 weeks so there is a lot of pain there when I sit or stand for a long time. if it really hurts bring it up to use doctor don't hesitate. but like @sd117 said it can also be ur hips getting ready for delivery
you can't stop it you can take tynenol for pain relief or put on a heating pad. pain comes and goes your body is still getting use to of having a baby inside

it's hard to describe 😂 but its really painful . i tld my doctor & she said its soreness but i dnt think its tht .
your hips are spreading and sometimes gets sore because you don't stretch that part of the. ody before. baby coming soon yay congrats

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
