I wouldnt let mine sleep in it, just use it while your awake, it makes them comfortable you have to remember when they're born they're coming from a tiny warm space where they couldn't move a lot. makes them comfortable like they know where they're at@noemysmom @summerrye :)

People in my culture have done it for ages. Babies like it, makes them feel protected.
