I really need help so all single moms pls comment ... I am having issues with the father of my child. I told him i didn't want a relationship, and now he is going crazy about 50/50 custody which i do not believe is in my Baby's best interest. He isn't able to pass a drug test and has recently tried to OD ( and sent me a suicidal video ) . I do not want my child around that & want to know if a judge would be in my favor in that situation . He also refuses to help me with Doctor appointment payments & stuff like that . My co- pay is $20 per appointment & he even refuses that . In addition his mother & step father are not supportive of the pregnancy and as far as i know are not interested in having a relationship with our child ... I really want the best for my baby ... I tried working things out to be a family but i cannot & i need opinions & help !!! Pls comment.

@laurenmessenger, I didn't know my mom for several years then when I did those days got shared. As sad as it is it's kinda cool cause you get double plus it gives you personal time with mom and dad as opposed to if they stayed together. It's hard but us kids who grew up with separated parents tend to be Stronger because of it 💪🏻
@ritababy123, that's what i was planning on doing but the fact my child will have birthdays&holidays; without their father kills me ... But i cannot trust him alone with my child , im already so protective & the baby isnt even here yet
I have all videos & screenshots saved . We also got in an argument & he planned on getting a house with 2 people who sell drugs , and admitted to it . I dont want my baby without a father but this behavior is so ridiculous
You being the mother they automatically side with you unless you can't take care of the child or mess up plus you've got all that evidence against him as an unfit father. Like the other girls say, keep all info print it out and hold onto it for court

a judge should be in your favor on that. there is solid proof I'm sure he's a druggie and I'd show that video
save anything that he sends you especially that video. you can basically use anything against him especially if you have evidence of him being an unfit dad
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
