Mmmm see I started with squats. My problem is making progress thinking "aww damn.. I look good!" And then stopping and losing my booty! Lol! Consistency is key though. I'm going to challenge myself to do daily squats and work out at least 3 times a week. SO is a football player and boxer so he works out daily and I love going with him but ever since being pregnant I have zero energy:(. Idk how these women do it!
I did squats on the daily at home.. & went for a morning walk every day but since I got prego I've gained 25 lbs & lost my ass @jesjeslovesyou once I have him tho I promised myself Imma snap back quick

Awwww well then mama you gotta stay in and chill for now but when that baby is out I know you're gonna be A1!! lol! I went from 215 to 148 in two months😳. I lost pretty much everything aha. Now I just have to tone! I wonder if it's okay to lift weight while pregnant?
